TPO Roofing

TPO is a low-slope membrane with heat-welded seams. We install replacement systems with the attachment, insulation and flashing needed for the building. A leak assessment helps determine whether an existing TPO roof remains repairable.

EPDM Roofing

EPDM is synthetic rubber roofing for low-slope commercial buildings. We assess the existing membrane and underlying condition before replacement, including seams and connections around equipment, walls and drains.

PVC Roofing

PVC roofing uses heat-welded seams and compatible flashing. We select the system for the building and check product suitability where exhaust or other substances may reach the roof.

Repair Or Replace

Does Your Commercial Roof Need Replacement?

A localized defect does not automatically mean the whole roof has failed. An open seam, puncture or damaged flashing connection may be repairable when the surrounding material remains sound. We inspect the source of the problem and the condition around it before recommending a new system.

Widespread deterioration, repeated failed repairs or damage beneath the covering can make replacement more practical. Restoration is a separate approach that requires serviceable existing roofing. The decision follows the condition of the roof, including layers that may need further investigation before they can remain.

Our Commercial Roofing Process

  1. Inspect Your Roof

We check the reported concern and the covering, seams, flashing and drainage. If suspected damage lies below the surface, we identify the further investigation needed.

  2. Choose The Right Work

We explain whether a limited repair remains practical and which replacement systems fit the building. The choice includes the supporting layers and connections.

  3. Plan And Install

We coordinate access, deliveries and occupied spaces. The selected roofing is installed with protection for the building during removal and construction.

  4. Review Roof Care

We discuss care for the completed system, including future equipment access and alterations. New openings and repairs still need compatible materials and details.

Roofing For Occupied Commercial Buildings

We plan roof replacement around the property’s use. Offices, retail spaces and warehouses have different access and protection needs. Tell us about occupied rooms, loading areas and equipment that must remain available while roofing work is underway.

Some projects can be completed by roof section when the construction and condition allow it. Each stage needs temporary protection and a suitable connection to the roof that remains. We discuss any restrictions with your property contact before work begins.

Insulation, Flashing And Roof Drainage

A replacement roof needs sound material beneath the visible covering. Wet insulation or damaged support may need removal before the new system is installed. We assess those layers alongside the membrane or panels.

Drains, roof edges, walls and equipment openings also need properly completed connections. If water collects on the roof, the cause must be addressed separately from the new surface. A new membrane alone does not change roof slope or resolve every drainage problem.

Commercial Roofing Across The Scottsdale Area

We serve commercial properties in Scottsdale, Carefree, Cave Creek, Fountain Hills and the Town of Paradise Valley. Our services cover TPO, EPDM, PVC and metal roof replacement. Each property is assessed for its own condition, roofing material and operating needs.

Commercial Roofing Questions

Can part of a commercial roof be repaired?

Often, when the damage is limited and the surrounding material is sound. We check the source of the leak and any signs of underlying damage before deciding which work is practical.

Which roofing material is right for my building?

Slope, construction, drainage, equipment and existing condition all matter. We assess those needs before comparing appropriate TPO, EPDM, PVC or metal systems.

How do I request an estimate?
